I love that you have visually used “line” to set the “hands of time” in …stone, to fashion the gears that churn and the backstory that offers more spacious “gifts” to step outside of temporal time into the depths of no-time. Your work is truly INSPIRED…LF..v…best to you

Thank you Laurel once again your understanding of what I am trying to present is on point! Lots of love to you!

Artist's Description

Time, a made device, an entity that assumes a past, present, and future, a seemingly physical divide. Where we reside on that time-line is ALWAYS a choice with expected consequences. Within it, time, sits memories, good or bad, lessons, grievances, and yes, Conflict. These are our gifts to time.

"In conflict there can be no answer and no resolution, for its purpose is to make no resolution possible, and to ensure no answer will be plain. A problem set in conflict has no answer, for it is seen in different ways, and what would...

About Tamantha Williams

Tamantha Williams

Born in South Africa, the environment, open spaces, and interpersonal interaction was a primary source of inspiration growing up. For me, Art is one place where desire to express and explore creativity becomes truly tangible. I am now primarily inspired by thoughts of the world we live in, the truths that we believe exist, and how we live these truths. My work is based on human relationships and interactions in the physical and spiritual emotional context, these I question and turn upside down and then comment on it through my art. Qualifying as a Landscape Architect, I worked within this field in South Africa and Botswana and lectured at the University of Tswana in the Landscape Design module. I moved on to opening my own Graphic...
